Fior di Olive with its green hues is a tribute to Sicilian olive biodiversity. An oil composed of a bouquet of flowers, in this case little ones, which attaching will form the fruits of Nocellara del Belice, Biancolilla, Moaresca and Cerasuola, expressing unique scents and aromas.
The “Fior di Olive” extra virgin olive oil appears to the eye of an intense golden yellow color with delicate green hues, limpid. The nose is broad and enveloping, full of fruity hints of medium ripe tomato, white apple and banana, flanked by clear balsamic tones of basil and mint. Fine and decisive in the mouth, it has vegetable notes of field vegetables, with raised lettuce. Strong and harmonic bitter and spicy.

EXTRATION SYSTEM: Cold continuous cycle. The olives, after a few hours from the harvest, are transferred into perforated boxes and pressed within the day for the production of the olive oil.
